Main Purpose of Role
Generation of new Energy sales and retention of existing energy customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work through leads generated within the Focus Group and convert sales opportunities.
  • Generate new business through cold-calling and targeted marketing.
  • Retention of existing energy customers.
  • Ongoing account-management of energy customers to include query resolution.
  • Generation of leads and sales opportunities for other departments within the Focus Group.
  • Update of account and Synergy records (relating to Energy Customers).
  • Attendance to Customer site/s as and when required.
  • Attendance to trade-shows and Industry shows/exhibitions when required.
  • In-house technical assistance and post-sales support for customers.
  • Liaising with Providers to help forge partnerships.
Person Specification
  • Proactive, organised and articulate individual
  • Must be personable and professional
  • Sales or Account Management experience is preferable
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Experience in customer service is desirable
